In a major boost to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), star player and captain Virat Kohli has regained full fitness. The BCCI stated it in a media release on Thursday.AKohli will be available for RCBas next match against Mumbai Indians, at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Friday.
Kohli, who sustained the shoulder injury during the third Test against Australia in Ranchi. He missed the Dharamsala Test and did not play in the first three games of the 2017 edition. The three matches were against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Delhi Daredevils and Kings XI Punjab. RCB lost two games (SRH and KXIP) and won just once (DD).
The Bangalore franchise received a shot in the arm in its previous match, when A.B. de Villiers made his comeback. De Villiers scored a brilliant unbeaten 89 that unfortunately went in vain as RCB lost.
Kohlias fitness was reported by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in an official statement release. a?The Indian Captain had undergone rehabilitation after sustaining an injury to his right shoulder. He has now recovered to be able to participate in VIVO IPL 2017,a? the BCCI statement quoted.

Needless to say, Virat Kohli has been an integral part of the RCB setup. He has been with the franchise since the first edition. He was the leading run-scorer in the IPL 2016. Kohli, the winner of the Orange Cap last year scored 973 runs with 4 tons to his name.
