Murray, Willam sisters and Djokovic to lead the history charge in Rio

After more than half a dozen athletes pull out of the Olympics due to various reasons aka the Zika virus, the Rio Olympics can finally breathe, with Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams and Andy Murray will create Olympic history tomorrow.

It also gives world number one Novak Djokovic a chance to collect all four major tournament medals and trophies after he won the French open in June. He will have a tough first game though, as he faces his rival Juan Martin del Potro who beat him in the bronze medal match in the London Olympics making this a grudge match. A win this year, can give Djokovic a chance at a maiden gold medal at the Olympics.

Juan MartinAcomes into Rio with a ranking of 145th after a series of wrist operations dropped his rankings, a steep drop since he was fourth in 2011. ‘This match is going to be completely different.
